Yes, ProgDVB works with ALi SAT>IP server, but not with other SAT>IP servers.

Please, try to install some software SAT>IP server, like TVHeadend or Minisatip (Linux, free) or DVBViewer Recording ...

With the current version of the Terrestrial SAT>IP device the video/audio is choppy. It reminds me when at starting of the SAT>IP DVB-S implementation in ProgDVB the stream has problems... I feel is a problem with packets loss or parsing of the RTP ...

I am not like spend lot of time for one exotic config.

Need more information. What different with hardware device? on RTP level?

In this case, I review the logs from ProgDVB and NOTHING is different from DVB-S over SAT>IP, but with DVB-T the channels are choppy.

I feel is better that you install minisatip in any of your computers (Linux) and simply connect one DVB-T2 USB ...

Ummm... the problem is that Google public DNS servers don't resolve your domain!

Try it: change your DNS server to 8.8.8.8 and/or 8.8.4.4 and surf over your servers.

With DVB-T all channels (well scanned or not) are choppy (video and audio). The Input Traffic Info now shows (not before) "Minimal lost" around ~2%. I feel the problem is the size of RTP/UDP packets or any other similar problem.

I'm testing with minisatip.
