there is a bug with cyberlink PDVD7 codec when used with progdvb,(only tested with 480 and + versions)
native filter graph or custom mades.
progdvb doesnt rezise properly with letterbox options 16/10 and 16/9
1) with any renderer its too small for screens
2) with progdvb renderer its too big
resize ...

add "zoom" function with "pan and scan" to unable real full screen on wide monitors 16/10 and 16/9 atm letterbox function is not good enough to cope with all channels and various codecs; ie cannot get acurate screen fullfillment with cyberlink PDVD7.

works ok with me i use latest drivers 2.19 without network, progdvb 4.80
in soft mode.
i use graph made with cyberlink powerdvd7 without DXVA and mpegsplitter2 (MS) and ffdshow for audio

i also turn off aero to get better progdvb performance
