Sorry to resurrect this thread but the problem has returned.

I installed the latest version and it said that it needed the activation code. I tried the last one I had but it didn't work so I updated it.

So asked for a new activation code through the online process, inputted that and it didn't work ...

I've turned the PC off for the night (using my Macbook at the mo).

I did as suggested but the new key didn't work. It was then I noticed that the hardware ID was changing everytime I tried to start the program
