No AC3-sound

ProgDVB 6.34.3, Win 7 64
Hardware: Technotrend TT-connect S2-3650 CI, X-Fi Extreme

Problem: i get no sound when AC3 is enabled - as well as SD and HD. I tried all possible adjustments - no success. "Normal" sound works fine.

here in E:/ProgDVB/record are no screenshots, indeed (i looked there *before* i posted :D). Also in My Documents/My Pictures - nothing (i also looked before posting...).

Is there maybe a correlation 'cause i installed the program not on C:/Programs - but in E:/?

Key doesn't work

without changing anything the prog requested the key. So i updated the key via webpage. After this i started the prog and got the message "Registration key is correct", then "This application has been registered to...". But then i have to do the same procedere as mentioned, again and again ...

since i updated to the current version (6.03.04) i have the same problem... after starting program there's a popup with: "This application has been registered to 'My Name'." After clicking "ok" comes a popup where i can fill in the key. After having done this nothing happens...
