How to hide Diseqc setttings

Hello I use ProgDVB Pro 6.45.03 and I have a Diseqc but every time the program launches, the Diseqc Settings window appears and when I hit OK nothing happens but when I click Cancel the window disappears and the program launches normally I want to know how to hide this window and prevent it from app...

But my friend is using the same version x64 and he sent me his plugins but they didn't appear in my plugins menu

isn't it strange?

Plugins menu is empty
