Windows 7 64 bit with a Kworld DVBS-100 PCI card. A new install on a new PC and the driver would not start. I found that changing the permission level of ProgDvbNet.exe to "Run this program as administrator" cured the problem. I also had to run the driver install program for Kworld as administrator ...

Found that Progdvbenginerun.exe and Progdvbservice.exe has digital signature but Progdvbnet.exe does not have a signature and this is causing the problem.

The current version is fully compatible but you have to select Kworld from the drop down list in

Settings, Device Options.

I do not use a Diseqc switch so cannot help you there.
