The video decoder doesn't mater. It is only video render and OS dependent.

The satellite was renamed sometime ago. The current name is Astra4. So search in the list for Astra4.

It is a bit unclear for me what card you have. TT-3200 supports DVB-S2 while the Premium ones do not support this. But they are totally different cards... 1. You have to enable the processing from the ATI application in order to see the difference. Otherwise there is none indeed.

2. The CPU usage for me on VMR7 is 3% while with VMR9 and EVR is about 9%.

I am interested in VMR7 because the image quality is much better and the CPU usage is lower. The last versions of ProgDVB use seem to be using more memory for this reason the timeshift buffer decreased.
