password is correct since i can watch tv channels without asking for user and password...
if i delete user and pass from IPTV client any channel will ask for user and pass and i have to enter and it work

I installed progdvb 23.5a as you said in client side and same issue ( while server side is progdvb 23.4)

Yes epg problem is only in time, i have to make -2:00 time offset to make it correct even it's already correct in server!! , that's why i make time offset in client
server run in xp , client in win7....
