d:\eigene dateien\xxx.m3u is good link.
Also you can manual copy of m3u to ProgDVB\transponders\iptv folder

Copy the m3u in the iptv-folder worked...kind of.
I recognized that ProgDVB needs upd: instead of http: in the m3u-file. Then it works. Due to the hint with the iptv-folder, I looked into the m3u-files there. Maybe this should be added to the manual?

And so far, ProgDVB with my list works perfect. But it's only a couple of minutes.
