H.265/HEVC Problem

First of all i want to thank the developer i have been with ProgDVB since the beginning my opinion its the best program ever for DVB. but my issue now with progTV on my Sony android TV some of the channels streaming with H.256/HEVC without any picture only sound i tried all the engines all with sound only i tried the same channels on VLC and its working fine anyone faced this issue or only me ?

Check Options->Debug->Codecs. Is it h265 present?

yes i found it under OMX.google.hevc the channels is working fine but there is a pop up shows every time i open HEVC "progtv can't open hevc/this restriction for your device or bad application settings." and also i found AC3 audio under OMX.MTK audio decoder but i cant play channls with ac3 audio

I exported the logs file and and i added into one rar file but i can't send it says extention not allowed
