Exabyte TV is the top list used in Latin America,

but is no longer working on ProgTV (is still working on another IPTV players).

According to their FB page, they changed the following:
"there was a change in the TP channel links. I commented that at this point in the list, links to those channels are direct to the source."

Update:
Some users had reported this issue with the change on the list and others are reporting a better results than before. So Exabyte TV will have 2 different lists, one for ProgTV and Smart TVs, and other for the other IPTV players.
