Try rescan channels on server (remove all losted) and import to client.
ps: And backup this server list. If problem repeat then I need server old and new list.

OK, I still have same problem but I know what is the problem. Here(attached in this post) is my playlist from Prog Media Server 4.30 (ProgDVB 7.39.07).
Look carefully the ID's of the channels. One ID have many channels. This is not a normal.
File wrongChannelsList.zip is the wrong list from ProgDVB 7.39.07 (new installation, not updated).
File normalChannelsList(ProgDVB 7.29.08).zip is the NORMAL list from ProgDVB 7.29.08.
Please, fix this bug! Thanks!

Please export me ProgDVB settings on server size. Zip all files and send me on email.
ps: Do you use m3u or ProgDVB client on client side?

New and clear install of ProgDVB 7.39.7.
OK, export is attached in this post.
I have same problem in Client mode of ProgDVB, same with VLC and m3u(or asx). The server use same ID for more channels...
Last good version for me is ProgDVB 7.29.08.

Tested with 7.39.07 but with PMS Module 4.28 (from ProgDVB 7.29.08) and I have same problem. I think this is not a problem in PMS Module...
