When I use other iptv programs in Windows or Android I get a sharper picture when streaming iptv on some specific channels. What are some important settings that I can change to improve streaming quality? For instance on Al Jazeera News channel it shows HD 720p quality on other iptv programs in Windows and Android, but in Windows ProgDVB it degrades to low SD quality despite me not getting any stuttering.

My bandwidth & latency is more than adequate and so is my machine.

No... I don't have the server set up. I only noticed it on Al Jazeera News on FabIPTV. It may exist on a few other channels but I haven't notice it yet. I've tried different machines and still no luck. ProgDVB lists it connecting as H.264/AVC. I installed different codecs and tried them and still no luck. It's a big noticeable difference.

It is most depended from list (quality/bitrate of stream)

I have 2 IPTV m3u services and have no issues using ProgDVB, a matter fact the PC win 10 ProgDVB is outstanding and on Android TV box is getting better ,
quisp65; you must have a problem with your hardware/software set up on your IPTV

Also possible change video renderer or/and dxva settings of codec.
