ProgDVB 7.23.0 feeeze when selecting TV source

I am using AverMedia T310 USB stick and program is still freezing when I try select/unselect this device:

And very bad feature is, that no-responding program is no possible "shutdown" in any way, I am trying SysInternals Process Explorer for that, but no result

Now I was try uninstall and install program as Portable and after launch it freeze again in Device select and I can´t end application in any way.. still freeze windows in top :
where is a Device option ?

In options on this screen. Enable one device and open options.

Ok, I will try. But program now freeze immediately after launch and I can´t switch anything. I think that this is caused by Cable version BDA device (I have only AIR module)
When I am try unselect BDA C then program will freeze and is not possible make nothing
How can I bypass this strange feature... ?

You can install ProgDVB without device devices and after that select only one device in TV Sources.

I have problems with this tuner too. I can select it as TV source (it unfreezes after a while), but ProgDVB does not find any channel during (insanely long) scanning. Tuner is working, original SW from AverMedia finds all channels without problems, but ProgDVB does not seem to be compatible with it (using Windows 10 x64).

i had that problem with my old dvb card twinhan 1027
if any thing wrong happen progdvb freeze and have to restart pc!
with another dvb card tevii 472 if for any reason progdvb freeze
i can close it and open it a gain without the need of pc restart!
so i guess it's dvb driver - dvb device issue not progdvb issue!
I don't know if that help!
some dvb cards after installing the drivers from CD
it will install small program to allow lunch the dvb player with remote control
for example tevii cards have program named tevii found in WIN bottom bar beside the clock
twinhan have a program named WIN manger.....
some times this program make a conflict if you try to lunch another dvb player (than the original)!!
if there is such program it's preferred to end it and prevent it from starting with win startup!!

Of course you must stop any other DVB software before start of ProgDVB>

It is not this case, I had AVerTV uninstalled, leaved only needed drivers in system, and no change. ProgDVB cannot communicate with AverMedia T310 USB stick correctly at all. I have tried e.g. MPC-HC x64 then, and it can scan and play channels quite normally. So it definitely is ProgDVB issue, please look at it...

x32? Check mode in properties of device in ProgDVB. For example Microsoft in most common and safety.

64bit Windows 10, last version of 64bit ProgDVB. Tried even Microsoft compliant BDA driver, not only Avermedia, but result the same in both cases, manual search of known frequency only freezes whole dialog for 1-3 minutes, and nothing found. I have sent you mail with my settings 27/3/2018 (subject "Does not work with TD310") and logs 2/4/2018, but without reaction. You can contact me directly for faster debugging. Thanks.

I recommend try x32 ProgDVB at first.

32bit version of ProgDVB does not work either. Opening Manual scanning dialog lasts about minute, then another two minutes of frozen application when selected frequency, then several minutes of frozen application after pressing "Scan", and then nothing found, the same with Avermedia and Microsoft compliant BDA driver...

Also try change TIF and demux checkboxs in Device options of ProgDVB. You must do more experiments. I am not have device and not can help.
