Okay, i have several Acronis backups on my externel HDD. One ore more are before changing hardware. I can mount and copy the complete folder of progdvb to the actual folder.
i can set option to override all files or can remove the folder before. Did this makes sense ?

Let give here my opinion,and as i complained here before the more updates the worse it gets,i get some M3u iptv channels that only come with sound and request codecs,i think this Prog Dvb is getting worse with more updates are injected.,and nothing is done,codecs should work on all channels by default and should have no need to add other codecs,all codecs should be present all times by default.
In Android Prodvb there is no request for anything no matter what kind of software it works with and is free.If we pay for software it should work better then a free software.And before i'm told that is a problem of my Hardware i will respond that on VLC i have no issue.

I also have no problems with VLC or other viewer, only after hardware change (mainboard cpu) i have the propems while viewing HD-channels. All other in MPEG-2 working good.

VLC use other codecs then ProgDVB.

ps: Not need backup or reinstallation. Need select video codec and may ba update video driver.

Im using ProgDvb since about 7 years, and in that time i never had to deal with LAV-Filters or other, and the Videocard was and is the same since that time. Drivers vor NVIDEA FX 380 Geofrce are up to date.

That mean in win7 other codecs and other video part. Also win7 include mpeg2 codec - win10 - not.

As i wrote, since installing new hardware but old videocard on Win 7 all MPEG-2 channel are fine only the H.264/AVC channels are nor working properly, also after i did the lav-installer.

Today i installed a trialversion of elecard avc. Look attached pic.

Simple reason: the sat-recievercard was rotten. Today i build in the new one. All channels are fine.

I know so many who had issues with viewing channels for about two days. Tata Sky should have at least informed their customers of this issue and at least compensate for the two days of non viewing of channels.
