Since the windows 10 spring update (1803) i have an annoying problem.

Whenever I start ProgDVB i get an Errorbox saying "bda.21d4 bda.ecba Device not started". I guess that are 2 of my 3 Tuners (Hauppauge 930C and dualHD)

When I say ok, everything seems fine.
Watching TV this is no problem, but starting a recording with the timer fails, because nobody presses "ok".

Is this error box from ProgDVB or from the driver?

Yes, this is driver depended error. But try disable all BDA devices in ProgDVB-> TV Sources and enable again after restart.
