transponder and iptv m3u8

without opening the transponder list in the notepad.exe (windows 10) ... how does one change or add a new transponder?
under sender list editor or manual search ... has little to nothing to do with new create a transponder ... I find these menus for pointless ...
it would not be bad if you could edit new transponder and iptv m3u8 files via progdvb ...
was just a thought

You can edit list in tv sources in lnb properties

even if very hidden ... yes, but not m3u8 files, I can not change anything
newly added transponders you can not even sort ...
why everything so circuitous

I am not remember about m3u and not can test now. 99% users not use transponder editor.

the stupid, after each update everything is overwritten ....
in which file can you change the german language of the program?
under sender list> manual search is "lock" what means lock?
and how to edit and sort stream channels for encrypted, tv and radio ...
So far, all channels are television programs

Localization request many many files and lot of time.
Lock is Lock
Check proterties of channel. Also not typical operation and not remember also.
