Freezes and not opening ProgDVB

Please any one help me .I am facing this issues randomly freezes and not struck on opening ProgDVB.

Some crash in BDA. Check other DVB software must be closed.
Also you can uninstall ProgDVB. Install x32 version without BDA in installer and enable BDA in TV Sources.
