The option to install for dedicated satellite card is not active - always instals for SS1 over TT in Hard mode.

before all thank you very much for the nice Progdvb.
Unfortunately I'm not still able to use it from version 4.86.x
The last 4.86.5 worked with some bug (tic tac when playing).
But the last 4.87.1 don't start the device.
I think the last stable version was the 4.85.x
I have digitalrise 1041+ CI and win xp x64 and last TH bda 1.5.9 driver for mantis.

It appears there is a strange problem since version 4.85.2 and not all pid's can be opened with skystar1 . Hardware or software mode doesn't change things.

Is there a working pid scanner module to give you more details ???

A small bug report. First noticed in 4.85, still here in 4.87.1

When selecting from a cannel list - click on the first entry you want, hold down shift and click on the last, the first entry is not selected. Selection starts from the second entry.

First off thanks for the great piece of software.
After I have run nearly every conceivable XP Patch available, ProgDVB v5.09.02 seems to be pretty stable.

I use two cards in my HTPC
Compro DVB-S350 and a Compro DVB-T300

I can setup the S350 pretty quickly, one catch though.
I have had to spilt the ini file for PAS8 into 2 files, one for CBand and once for KU Band.
I Have a dual band LNB which uses two inputs of my Diseqc Switch
ProgDVB seems to get upset if I set the same satellite on two inputs with different LNB setting..
That is fine, and I don't mind it being that way.

But what has caused me alot of frustration is attempting to get the DVB-T300 to work.
I have repaired 141.ini to look like the following:

If I Channel List>Channel Search>DVB-T300, it will find nothing.
After a bit of playing around and pulling hair out, I discovered the problem.
If I attempt scan transponder, it sees the TPs that I have entered, but it has set everything after the decimal place to 000.
I have to manually enter the correct frequencies one by one to get it to lock and scan.

Oh I also have updated the ini files for PAS8, Optus D1 and B3.
The ini's downloaded with ProgDVB are way out dated.
Who do I need to send them to to get them added into the next distro?

Again in this verion all TVN channels are not working - were working in ver 4.87.1

ps. the EPG in OSD is not working - disabled in the OSD menu. Same with teletext?!

Engine 2 is still under development, some features not ready yet.
Test versions, and no more than that...

PS. this engine is much faster and stable then the previous one!! good job!!

Audio on the fly PID changing from right of the mute button available only in the professional version starting with 4.87.2. Nice! Starting to go commercial...

Under XP SP2, I have tried all ProgDVB version 4.x and 5.x, std or ee, I cant use this switch with the TT 3200 S2, when changing channel, tp or satellite the signal goes to zero (the signal is OK at progDVB startup)
I have also tried auto refresh option when signal goes to zero.

With the other card TT 2300 S (SS1), this switch work well with all ProgDVB version. And also with the 3200 S2 using DVBviewer Pro and MyTheatre.

After installing V5.11.06, cannot get the scan done;
I get 'ProgDvbNet has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience' all the time. Did re-install for a second time with same result.

I also notice that the progDVB.ini is very small and contains only about 12 entries. The progDVB.ini from V5.11.05 containned more than 40 entries.
Tried to use the INI from V51105 to start 51106 but that gave the same error.

The V4.87.06 works better and doesn't give this error.
The V5.11.05 was working good and I went back to that.
