Look at satcodx.com for turksat stations. Find valid IDs there.
However, they list a video data rate of 0.55 mbps resolution 1/4 D1, plus a single audio channel of 64kbit. That looks very strange to me. What is this for, slide show, or extremely bad picture quality movies?
But even then, normally such signals should be detected properly at scan time. so there must be some weird reason, for audio IDs not found.
Disable all plugins and try again.
And compare with other DVB software results, including the original one, that came with your card.
Also perhaps try another codec, as some might not work without audio.
Up to now, we don't even have a hint, what's the real reason for your trouble. Might even be, they transmit some bad PMT data, or too slow for ProgDVB, to read all in at scanning, leading to time out.
