Ask about user-agent from provider.

If what finally got my picture updated.
Will try to get hold of iptv provider, but as i know it shouldn't have any passwords or login details needed.
Cause the problem should not be with the m3u link, cause it has public access.

That message mean some access problem. For example user-agent check
