Since the Windows 10 Anniversary Update last year my PC doesn´t start for record during it is in hibernation or sleep mode.
What could be the reason for this?

ps: Do you use ms scheduler?

No, I use the Prog-DVB-Scheduler.

ProgDVB scheduler not support start of PC. Use MS scheduler.

Then it comes the failure message: "Can´t open SCM. Access denied." What does this mean?

Try start ProgDVB with admin rights.
