DVB-C Subtitles timing problems

#1
Hi,

I'm using ProgDVB Pro x64 7.17.02 version with DVB-C USB Stick ({BDA} ASTROMETA), OS is Windows 10 Pro x64.

I watch local cable TV and on some channels subtitles are available and when I select my language subtitle is shown over picture but it is not in sync with picture, it is often late but sometimes it somehow sync to the picture but after few secunds it is late again.

Interesting thing is that when I watch that same channel over Prog Media Server on VLC player subtitle is perfectly in sync.

ProgDVB is set to use VMR-9 Renderless video renderer and ffdshow Video Decoder for MPEG2 and H.264/AVC (some channels are coded in MPEG2 and some are in H.264).
I did tried to change video renderer but it didn't help. Tried to use other video decoder but same results.

Is there some settings for subtitle timing in ProgDVB settings? Or what is the problem?

I tried that and it didn't help.
But I did notice something. This is not problem for all channels, only for some. I can't find diference between them...
For example, for channels: FOX, FOX Crime, FOX Life subtitles are late when watching on ProgDVB but when watching over stream on VLC subtitles are in sync with picture. But for FOX Movies subtiles are in sync when watching on ProgDVB.
