What driver name on blue screen?
Check new version of USB and DVB drivers and try connect to other USB. 2.0 better then 3.0

the blu screen with crash message :windows 10 kernel security check failure, this happen after windows 10 update to 1709version,Before this update works perfect.i use the latest technisat drivers (2014 date release).I think this happen to all who made the update and have skystar usb device.in my pc i have skystar pci hd2,this device works without any problem.

Blue screen is error message of driver. You must look solution on driver side (update it or change USB to USB2 or ...)
