First, an apology for my first post being a question, I know it can be annoying! However I do not know where else to turn and this seem the best place, so please bare with me.
I have just purchased a Kworld DVB-S 100 PCI card and am having problems.
Using their own soft. I always get 'access violation' and everything stops.
I have tried the much better Prog DVD soft and now can download channels but a soon as the picture appears I get the message used in the title of this post
I have SP2 installed and the Hot Fix from Microsoft. I have also tried both the drivers on the CD supplied and those on Kwold's site, but without success. This is all on a new fast computer with XP Professional installed
Any suggestion would be gratefully received.........Htiek

before you try a 3rd party app like progdvb the card must work good with the original software that came with the card to make sure the card is ok and installed proper...
