Perhaps get some detail information from your cable provider, regarding transponders / frequencies and parameters used, and try to scan some transponders manually.

If this succeeds, you may make your own transponder list, by editing an existing one.
There are many cable providers we would never get any transponder lists for.

If not working, you may as well have some technical trouble, or you don't even have digital cable at all...

Ok this Problem was fixed with the right transponder list. But no i have an other Problem. When i use the card in hard mode i have black border on the left and right side, while watching Tv channels in 16:9. My Pc is conected with my 16:9 TV via DVI. With other programms like the original TT or WatchTv, i don't have those problems. I tried all options, but nothing hapend. It must definitly be a progdvb problem, otherwise it would be the same problem with the other programms. Any idea what i can do?

Try device option software scaling.
Set the display aspect ratio properly and activate letterbox.
BTW, is it a 4:3 or 5:4 or 16:9 / 15:9 / 16:10 display?

Can't help more on this, as I don't use DVI.

I tried software scalling but nothing happens. I tried all combinations of device options. Nothing happens. I think it is an progdvb bug or something, because other dvb software don't have these problems.
