Hello, I'm using Technisat cablestar HD2 (dvb-c) card, Progdvb 5.14.05st, and Elecard video decoder. From time to time (usually every several minutes) video gets stuck (scrambled video) for about 1-2 seconds and it becomes annoing. Similar thing happens when OSD shows up, video becomes "laggy". I have tried various progDVB configurations, different video decoders with no luck. Signal quality and level always stay on max (~98%). CPU usage is 20-30% when progDVB is on. I can't determine the source of this problem: tv card, pc hardware, software, my television provider broadcast or something else?
p.s. Is this normal that it takes ~5secs to load next channel? Is there a possibility to make it faster? Is channel switching dependant on pc hardware and tv card?

1. I have tried all available video renderers (video renderer, VMR7, VMR9) - still the same.
2. I test it on free channels (I don't have CAM module yet). Free channels open in ~5secs. I can't imagine how long it would take to load encrypted channel!!! Is this Cablestar HD2 a piece of crap or something?
