I use since couple of years progdvb and I have since couple of years Hauppage Nova-S Plus. I used it before with ProgDVB but since 2 years I have 2 Sat positions over DiSEqC and ProgDVB doesn't work with DiSEqC and Nova-S Plus. The only solution for me was/is DVBViewer, which works very well, but miss a lot of things since I had to change to dvbviewer. On this forum is already one thread about it, but Prog never answered.

Do you plan to to add DiSEqC support for Hauppage Nova-S Plus? I know you are very busy, but I hope to get answer.

As far as I know, there are no WDM drivers for this card, and they will never be. ProgDVB 4 and 5 work great with this card, but not if it's over diseq.

It should work on ProgDVB as it works on DVBViewer. ProgDVB just doesn't understand diseqc. Long time ago, when tried to fix this problemm, I found some information about developing diseqc support for my card (on dvb-viewer forum.). I think at this time (or until now) diseqc was not defined and hauppage wrote it on their own way that's why most viewers work only without diseqc. I think they were talking about FEC on dvbviewer forum. At the same time MyTheatre should support diseqc too, but it didn't.

I don't really remember how dvbviewer solved this problemm but I am sure you are able to do it too . DVBViewerGE and Pro versions work.

I'll try in next days new driver from hauppage and I'll post the result in this thread.

I tried now new driver 4.6b (before she had 4.0a) and ProgDVB 5.15.1 and everything work now. I had some crashes during watching and when tried to connect progmedia client. I always had these errors with 5.x, I have to try 4.8x.
