I have the Genpix skywalker-1 and am wondering if progdvb will support it in the near future. I purchased progdvb professional, using it with twinhan ad sp-400, but would like to use it with the skywalker-1. :!:

Do you have BDA driver for this hardware?

No, PROG, the only driver I have is a unified driver for dvbdream and my theatre, also for tsreader. I could find no BDA driver on their site, have dropped them an email asking about it, and will let you know the reply when I receive it. :|

Prog;
Sorry about the time lag, I received a reply from Genpix and essentially they said they wouldn't support Progdvb because it does not support diseqc functions and only supports one modulation (qpsk). Suggested I try a cheaper adapter if I wanted to use a BDA driver. :(

FYI:

You will find that Genpix device discussed and it's creator being active at dvbn.happysat.org

This is a special tuner for the North American market, capable to tune to 8PSK, often used for HD over there, instead of our DVB-S2 standard.
As 8PSK is it's most important benefit, the small but ambitious manufacturer would only support software, that can use that modulation, plus the several position control and LNB parameters used over there.
Full BDA support would cost him a real fortune for greedy MS...
