I have a skyview 3 satellite card but the progdvb don't work with it
please advice me what can i do to make progdvb work with this card

Until then, please think about a helpful thread title, learn to be patient and to not insist in any way...
Then, you may want to tell us, if the original software works or not, if you're using BDA or WDM drivers, what exactly, then if ProgDVB gives any error messages, if any valid device is indicated there in, whatever else details, that may help others on helping you.
