Hello, I just discovered this wonderful software, but I have a problem with the pinnacle 400e remote.
I know that it isn't supported by ProgDVB, but the PCTV remote allows you to edit the file "profiles.ini" so that you can use the remote with any program.
It works with all software but not with ProgDVB: I start it but then it don't take any command.
Someone can help me?

Is that remote registered as HID in system control?
If so, it works as a keyboard emulation and is to be configured and used as a keyboard in ProgDVB, not as a remote.

no..it is integrated in 60e usb pen...there is'n an Hid only for remote..

If that remote is not showing up as HID, Prog would need to get proper support, like full SDK, from Pinnacle, to implement it with a special device file.
So it's their decision, in the end...
