i want to buy a new card a KNC ONE TV Station DVB-S2Plus
do prog work with this card and do i need normaly prog or Prog ee
4 looking hdtv

should work using bda device in progdvb...but :

dvb-s 2 is afaik not supportet atm in progdvb ...only h.264 and dvb-s 1

No problem with dvb-s2 if your card support it. For example I have some channels from HotBird other technotrend dvb-s2 usb box.
