all the errors I see in your video, are about mpeg2 codec's.
can you play any mpeg2-video on your computer? in any program, like windows-mediaplayer?
if you can, take a look at your ProgDvb settings tab Video. Is the field right of MPEG-2 filled in correct?
If not, then install a mpeg2-codec. it mostly comes with some video- or DVD- player program.

The second thing to do next, is to ad a LNB in ProgDvb: go to - DISEqC and Profiders in the Settings -menu.

(Oh: The video in your last post is in wma, not a'n mpeg.)

No, I don't speak nor read French, but Babelfish may be pretty helpful.

Anyway, you will in fact find MPEG2 codecs in your DVD player software, or inside of the original DVB application.
Codecs come as *.ax files.
Copy those to the "Filters" subfolder, edit the file "Register.bat" to their names and then run it, to make the codecs available for ProgDVB.

According to that data sheet, the original software and / or device only support MPEG1 and DivX.
Maybe that's the reason, why ProgDVB does not recognize this analogue interface properly. Like it won't work with my FAST AVMaster, pure MJPEG hardware.
