I've got the x3m SPC1000 DVB-S Card, installed under Vista 32Bit and Windows 7, 64Bit. My problems occur under both systems, so I think it is not relevant.
My Problem is: The BDA driver is installed along with the latest ProgDVB Version. I use the BDA driver, use default settings for my universal LNB and the satellite is ASTRA 19.2.
ProgDVB seems to find the card and shows the channel list for Astra. When I choose a channel, the small info-dialog comes up, showing signal strength etc. The value for L is 100%, Q is 0%, Format is detected as Pal (576i), mpeg2 encoding.
My question is: What does L:100% with Q 0% point to? These values are shown for every channel I choose.
