wher can i find this drivers for win 7 64 bit,

I think that is impossible. This device more 10 years.

According to the manufacturers, there will never be a 64 bit driver for the SkyStar1 Premium design based tuners.
Same goes to the Linux world, no 64 bit drivers.

If you have to keep on using this tuner, you are still in need of a 32 bit OS.
For example, it's possible, to have XP 32 bit and 7 64 bit installed on the same (64 bit hardware) machine, but better into separate partitions.
If you still have an XP license, why not keep it alive. MS will fully support XP up to 2014.
Normally, the older Windows version should be installed first.
Afterwards, at it's install procedure the newer one would detect and add the older one to it's boot menu automatically.

At least, that's what I've been testing on my new machine recently. Not yet mentioned in my signature, as it's already working, but partly still under construction.
However, the Nexus is not supposed to stay in there, as that new computer has dual HDMI and well enough power for Full HD software decoding.
