Will this work with ProgDVB, if so, does it take a BDA driver, and where can i find the driver?? thx!!

Ont the CD that came with the card or the manufacturers website ...

I bought just the card for 40 bucks, it says on the website of the company that it is a BDA driver available.

Yes, it has a BDA driver, so will progdvb work with any dvb card witha bda driver?

Yes , with many cards...but there are limitations when cards running under bda environment : No diseqC and no CI support...as you can read several times in this forum...
