So first, this is my configuration:

I am using the newest ProgDVB x64 on my Windows 8 Pro 64 Bit with a Pinnacle Pro Sat USB 450e.
My Satellite is set to Astra 19,2° to receive German Channels.

Some of you may familiar with the Channels.

Here is a list of the main channels i want to use:
RTL
RTL 2
Super RTL
VOX
Sat 1
Pro 7
Kabel 1
DMAX
Nick

Well, now to my problem.
Everything is set up right, but I just don't have a signal on some channels.
It is awkward, that I have signal everywhere when I freshly start ProgDVB on a NEW System but not when I start it a second time.

I have always signals on this channels:
RTL
RTL 2
Super RTL
I think VOX and Nick too.

But don't have any signal on the other channels. does anyone know a solution?
Is it because of my Pinnacle device?
