Hi Forum!

I have some Problems with ProgDVB, but at first my System specs:

- Win7 64bit SP1
- 8 gig RAM
- ProgDVB 7.06
- TBS 6922 PCI TV Card

My Problems:

-I need to restart my PC before i can use ProgDVB, when i dont restart my PC first, ProgDVB cant find the TV Card Device (TBS 6922)
- When i start other programs when ProgDVB runs, sometimes the TV Window turns black, switching to a other channel dont work, i have to restart ProgDVB

What can i do?
