freezing problem and cant watch two channel on tbs5990

hello
i have problem freezing when i exit progdvb .
other problem cant open two channel in same time
. ( i try last 4 version x64 and x32).
this problem disappear on dvbdream but i cant use it because i used progdvb more than 4 years
i wish you can help me
my card tbs5990 ( dual tuner) usb
system : win 8.1 64bit
cpu : core i7 4700hq
ram : 24gb ddr3
gpu : gtx 780m 4gb
progdvb tv source

i do like you say and i selected logs option but nothing happen i still have freezing problem when i close progdvb and cant open two channel in same time .

Please not post long messages.
1. Try both free channels.
2. try change video renderer to VMR9.

i try many time with free channel and i try all video codec but nothing happen
. you should have that new device TBS5990 and test it on progdvb

Not video codec. I mean video renderer (same page of settings in ProgDVB). Custom EVR request more resources then not custom.

i know this the first thing i did it but nothing happen the problem not solve

Do you have same problem if select Microsoft in Settings->Device options?

yes i have same problem .. you should have tbs5990 and test it becasue its new device in market
i talking with tbs support and they tell me the problem form progvb not stable on tbs5990 .

In Microsoft mode ProgDVB use device like any other BDA device.

actually you don't have any solve to my problem .
i'll never do any new try with progdvb make freezing may lead to damage my device tbs5990. i will keep working with dvbdream
