Need help about "scheduler.dat"

I want do some work about recording to help me finish some task.
So i should add some new record plan to scheduler automaticaly by a plugin or a programme .
But I don't understand some place in scheduler.dat.

Anybody can give me some specification about the red line?

PS: when prog is running , i modify the "scheduler.dat", does the prog konw about this?

1. This is ID of channel. You can look in description of file with channels.
2. No. ProgDVB load this file on start.

PS: This is internal file. And I can change format in any version.

I know it is Channel ID information,
but I don't know what is mean about (1735290740,6908019)
these parameter is uesd in the recording?

do you want to make some protocol about this?
third part programmer need some basic and fixed feather.

except edit scheduler.dat , do i have other way to add a record plan?
