In control options I changed "Universal HID Remote Control" to "{BDA} Technisat Mantis..." and it works!
Unfortunately with this option ProgDVB Luncher doesn't work at all 
also doesn't learn keys. "Any key" option neither doesn't work.
Any idea?

If I change in Launcher settings RC module from "{BDA} Technisat Mantis..." to "Universal HID Remote Control" launcher works again...
So what is wrong with "{BDA} Technisat Mantis..." RC module?

Resolution: go to control options I change "Universal HID Remote Control" to "{BDA} Technisat Mantis..."
Problem with Prog Launcher is something different and I will open a new topic for this issue.
