Aspect ratio not working properly if/when display-size is smaller than tv-picture!

Configuration here is a CRT with usually 800x600/120Hz display-size (nice for analog-TV with Chris-TV). Working fine with ProgDVB for SD-channels. But when using HD-Channels (1280x720) on 800x600 screen, aspect-ratio of 16:9 is only possible in normal screen, but neither in full-screen, nor in tv-window mode; then the prog-dvb-screen-size is 4:3 in letterbox-mode ... :(

You did not formulate a question right.
Aspect ratio works fine.

If you want to ask why it does not work for you, you had to formulate the question differently-For example, something I have not worked and I myself can not understand, please help me. :)
It is not necessary be so categorically.

OK, OK, OK ... ;) ... I'll have a look at that again in detail; but it seems to me very strange that the HD-version of a 16:9-channel comes in 4:3-letterbox mode (with black stripes) when set to 100%-window-mode, but a SD-channel comes without the black stripes in "direct" 16:9-mode (with a window in 16:9 aspect ratio) when in 800x600 screen size; but HD channel (of 1280x720) comes directly in 16:9 aspect ratio (without black stripes in 100%-window) when screen-size is set to 1280x960 or something above ... (be aware: I run an old-fashioned Cathode-Ray-Tube-Monitor on a WinXP here).

I'll do several more experiments in several screen sizes to trace that down in detail; the CRT allows 800x600@120Hz, 1024x768@100Hz, ... up to 1600x1200@ some eye-killing 60Hz or something about that, and be aware that a 64bit Vista cannot run faster than 85Hz, you'd have to use 32bit Vista to run a CRT it in 100Hz or 120Hz ... (only Micro$oft knows why that restriction exists) ...

the only way i success to back channel to list was to use : channel search > (WDM) Skystar 2 TV PCI > and scan completly hotbird satellite. after that a window opened and show me which channel undeleted & new & lost....
but when i use manual search , progdvb find all channels but not add them to list(them which are not in list)
and im sure its not added to other list. i only have Hotbird list and after manual scan i searched deleted channel name but cant find....
another problem is, sometimes when i click on a channel , pogdvb open it but interesting progdvb also delete it from list!!!!

thanks for quick reply and sorry for my bad English.
