ALL on vista Home Premium
I want to purchase a usb or firewire dvb-s card to get hotbird and astra channel ,this card should include a CI
I know there is a lot of possibility but YOU have more feedback
So which one is the best and the cheaper ?

What do you expect, 24/7 hotline service?
Additionally, as being hobbyists, most of us are NOT buying each and every piece of new hardware every day.
Plus, there are not to many CI equipped USB devices around.
And regarding ProgDVB, that one would have to be fully supported, including it's CI.
So please be patient, wait for someone to respond, who might have bought something nice recently and be willing to report.
Or just read and search through this board, to possibly find out more.
Won't find a lot of positive postings, of course, as those having success normally don't report.
