You may want to start with our search function and a little reading.
And then you may post some more details, like what device drivers (BDA or WDM) used exactly, if and how that device appears in ProgDVB device list and similar.
Also include precise details on your Windows version.
One more tip, look into the driver's .inf file(s), to perhaps find some compatible hardware mentioned there, that might in fact be supported.
BTW, what exactly do you mean by "progdvb doesnot support it"?
What exactly happens if you try? How far do you get?
