other info: all the channels are under (not defined) group, and they are not video channels but data channels..!!?? If it's so, why the program find 100% level and quality ? thx

i read somewhere in the forum that when you have 100% signal but all the video channels under data, probably you have a bad signal (not correct, corrupt..).. In fact all other software, the pinnacle one, but also others, can't find any channel... what can you say about it ?
