EVR-C requested pixel shaders v2.0 or higher. There is no shaders on riva tnt. Please try another render.

To enable features, what have custom renders request pixel shaders v.2.0 or v.3.0. If card support v3.0 - start it. If only 2.0 - start 2.0. Functionality of PS 3.0 VERY enough for any visual function with video processing.

10.1 and OpenGL 2.0 are presents. I can not use this power in the ProgDVB/

its not a necessety for the screen result. just question about you has it of program needs in dx9.

EVR and VMR9 requested the directx9. Not any other api. It`s not depends on progdvb.
