How to hide Diseqc setttings

Hello

I use ProgDVB Pro 6.45.03 and I have a Diseqc but every time the program launches, the Diseqc Settings window appears and when I hit OK nothing happens but when I click Cancel the window disappears and the program launches normally

I want to know how to hide this window and prevent it from appearing each time I run the program
