Try removing the "DiseqTree.ini" file from ProgDVB folder. This will allow you to add a switch and LNB's.
Older version of "DiseqTree.ini" from previously installed versions of ProgDVB do not seem to work.
Make backups of any files you delete.

thanks man,i,m delet this file but atall again have not any where for change DIDEQ SETTING or set motor setting,where is it going?
