PLEASE release your caps lock.
We're not half blind over here, and all in caps means a lot harder to read.

If there's just BDA driver available for your hardware, you have to (find and) choose a BDA device, no other way...
In such a case, first install and completely set up the original software, that came with it. After that try to use ProgDVB with a suitable BDA device.

If there's just a WDM driver, you need to select a suitable device file, if available.
