I would say that for some reason the PID's are not correctly set on the channels where is not working. Please check the screens shots.
1. Working - a channel that works very well using IP.
2. Not working - another channel that doesn't work also when using the receiving by IP. The pid's are not correctly set.
3. Same channel that is not working above this time by using a DVB card (the PID's can be seen there).
And one other clue that could be important: The linux STB has a red LED that switches on when it starts streaming. After using ProgDVB the LED remains on even if the ProgDVB application was closed. This doesn't happen with VLC (I would assume that they are sending a command to stop streaming on exit or channel change).
